The earrings are solid 18k yellow gold (including the butterfly backs) and set with solid Lightning Ridge Australian black opal stones, and yes they are full cut genuine BRIGHT diamonds highlighting. Each earring hangs 30 millimeters and the setting is 9 millimeter wide
